coconut cookies

ghee shudh-1 cup

suger fine-1cup 

all purpous flour -11/2 cup

coconut powder-1/2 cup

backing powder-1/2tsp 

method

put ghee in a bowl add fine sugar in it mix it well till it get fluffy .add flour and coconut powder  and baking powder in it and make a good dough .you can add flavour also that you like .here i am not adding any flavour.now make small size ball and put this in baking tray .put this tray in preheated oven in 180 degree centigrade for 35 minute.
